Not too bad for the price. I am a black card member and I enjoy the 30 minutes work out section because it allows me to go in and out of the gym without wasting time waiting on a machine.... however this location supposedly does not give out the free T-shirt and towel like it stated in my confirmation email when I first signed up.... so that's why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5...

PF Alhambra is a tidy, affordable gym with neat lockers, huge parking lot, free pizza and tootsie roll. LoL. Staff (Mark and co.) are competent, friendly and professional. They should be given a raise! Because they are always dependable. PF is without flaws, the things I abhor is when the machines are out of service, artic blasting A/C on the far back end and the crowded peak hours (M-W; 6pm), however, not as terrible compared to PF Mid-town Olympic blvd branch. The gym goers are friendly, nice and respectful. Similarly, there are good looking fit women in this gym which kinda motivating. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. I can suggest they add more new machines or install a wall  pull up bars like most gym do. I would like to make it happen.

Even during the sign up process, when she signed me up, there was No Hello, No smile, No eye contact, it was Basically a " sign this and yeah, go ahead"..... I didn't need a jump up for joy response but a "Hello" or "Welcome to the gym" would provide a sense of professionalism. I've seen maybe 1 or 2 members of the staff that greet their patrons, I'm sure there are some Good staff members but not from what I seen.

I was diagnosed with autism when I was 7 years old and I have been bullied badly, even out in public. So when I got my membership in March of 2013 I was scared of getting bullied. Been going since then and NOT ONCE have I gotten picked on. The staff doesn’t care. They watch out for me. They greet me with my first name. ‘Hi Jacob, how are you?’ I feel safe and I feel independent. I put on muscle. I LOVE Planet Fitness.
